岗位职责： 1.distribute work assignments to contractors based on design drawings, supervise and control construction quality, schedule and safety. 根据图纸给施工单位下达施工任务，监督和控制施工质量、进度和安全 2.review and supervise the construction plan and report from contractor 审核和监督施工单位提交的施工方案和报告 3.communicate effectively with the client, general contractor and all disciplinary engineers 与业主、总包及本单位内部各专业进行有效沟通和协调 4.responsible for change order management on site 现场变更工作量的管理 5.review contractor work plans and field construction activities to ensure all work complies with the specification and required quality standards. ensure “industry standard best practices” are being applied in the field. 审阅施工组织方案，确保现场施工符合技术要求和相关质量标准。保证施工管理参照“行业行为标准” 6.support the project safety program by assisting the project team to enforce safety requirements 协助项目团队实施安全方案 任职要求： 1.bachelor degree or above with csa engineering or relevant engineering disciplines 本科以上土建或相关工程专业背景 2.above 6 years work experiences, preferably with experiences in foreign engineering company 六年以上工作经验，有外资工程公司工作经验及大项目经验者优先 3.experiencing in CSA construction management for industrial projects 有工厂土建施工管理经验 4.good ability to communicate and a good team player 良好的沟通及团队协作能力 5.must be able to perform well under pressure 良好的抗压能力 6.good written English and oral English 良好的英语书写能力和口语能力 项目地点在东南亚，需要常驻或者定期出差。
