INTERIOR DESIGNER (FF&E) 室内设计师（软装） 职位描述

Responsibilities:

主要职责：

·　Work with the project team on a wide range of projects; e.g. retail mall, department store, restaurant, food and beverage, leisure, and hotel sectors.

与项目团队合作开展各类项目；例如零售商场、百货公司、餐厅、餐饮、休闲和酒店等行业。

·　Support project team on all design drawings and related work from conceptual design to design development and construction drawings

支持项目团队完成从概念设计到深化设计和施工图的所有设计图纸和相关工作

·　Support design team to source alternative materials/FFE and prepare material specification document.

为设计团队采购可行性材料/软装（FFE）和准备材料规范文件。

·　Coordination with other internal design teams including Auto CAD/3D Modeling/Graphic Presentation Work

与其他内部设计团队协调，包括Auto CAD/3D建模/图形汇报等工作

Requirements:

应聘要求：

·　Interior design professional certification or equivalent.

室内设计专业认证或同等证书。

·　Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial interior design.

至少5年商业室内设计经验。

·　Flair, creativity, ability to conceive, and skill to develop designs for international projects.

具有为国际项目深化设计的天赋、创造力、构思能力和技能。

·　Strong passion for innovative and creative approach to achieve design excellence.

对用创新和创造性方案来实现卓越的设计抱有强烈热情。

·　Ability to translate original design ideas and schematic designs into detailed drawings.

·　Good knowledge of Chinese building code for interior spaces.

熟悉中国室内空间建筑规范。

·　Detailed knowledge of suppliers, manufacturers and products available in the China marketplace.

详细了解中国市场上的供应商、制造商和产品。

·　Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced working environment.

能够在快节奏的工作环境中同时高效地处理多个项目。

·　Ability to be on site for design coordination work.

能够在现场进行设计协调工作。

·　Proficient computer drafting skill such as Sketch Up, Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and other industry related software.

熟练的计算机绘图技能，如Sketch Up、Rhino、Revit、AutoCAD、Microsoft Office、Photoshop和其他行业相关软件。

·　Excellent command of written and spoken English.

良好的英语书面及口语能力。
