岗位职责：

1、室内设计师将与项目建筑师合作，提供有创意的室内设计理念及设计展示，完成业务并提供客户支持及咨询。

2、此职位为兼职职位

任职资格：

1、知名大学室内设计本科或以上学历，3年以上方案到施工图全过程工作经验；

2、富有创造性、主动性，有责任心与团队协作精神，踏实，勤奋，高效，能独立完成设计工作；有时间弹性；

3、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch-Up、Microsoft Office等相关专业软件，熟练掌握室内设计专业相关软件。

Responsibilities:

This position will work with project architects　in preparation of creative interior concepts, graphic presentations; production-oriented tasks and support client and consultant contact.

This　position　is　a　part-time　job　based　on　projects　schedule.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or superior in Interior　Design　from　a　211　university; minimum 3 years of work experience from　SD　to　CD;

Creative, positive, responsible and coordinative spirits; able to complete the design work independently;　Flexible　for　this　part-time　job.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office, etc. is mandatory.

对于有才华的初级建筑师，可根据美国建筑师培训计划 IDP（Intern Development Plan)制定成长计划，若有兴趣会组织参数化设计、绿色设计等技术条线培训，对有管理协调天赋的青年建筑师进行管理条线的培训。公司薪酬实行双线制：初级和初中级职级序列实行固定月薪制，中高级和高级职级序列实行项目合伙分配制。另外对公司业绩做出特殊贡献者进行奖励。
