1.　拥有室内设计学位

Degree in Interior Design

2.　良好的学术背景

Good academic background.

3.　3-5年在更新设计公司的工作经验

3-5 years of work experience in-a renewed design firm.

4.　您将跟进工作空间、住宅、娱乐和教育设施等项目

You will follow projects such as Working Spaces, Residential, Recreational and Educational Facilities.

5.　具有较强的美学设计敏感性，具有全面的专业技术知识和管理经验

Strong aesthetic design sensitivity with thorough technical knowledge and managerial experience.

6.　能精准的、全面的、生动地表达你的想法和概念

You articulate your ideas and concepts precisely, comprehensible, and in a graphically engaging way.

7.　有施工图和详图方面的经验

Experience in construction drawing and detailing.

8.　熟练掌握AutoCAD、SketchUp、Rhino和Adobe Suite等软件。会使用Grasshopper者优先。

You are highly skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Suite. Grasshopper would be a plus.

9.　优秀的中英文沟通能力（能够与外籍设计师无障碍沟通）

Excellent communication and argumentation ability, proficiency in Chinese and English.

10.　工作积极主动，自我激励

Proactive, self-motivation and positive attitude.
