Design Associate 设计主管

The aim of the Design Associate role is to maintain and develop red’s design quality and creative thinking throughout all projects undertaken. All projects should be managed throughout the process until completion, maintaining an exceptional level of design detail and client relations.

The Associate should also manage existing client relations and follow up on potential clients to add to red design’s project pipeline.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead design team for multiple projects simultaneously (provisionally between 4/5 projects, depending on scope.
• Manage a team made up of senior Interior Designers and Interior designers to produce all work required for the successful implementation of a design.
• Communicate directly with all the project stakeholders, including client, construction team, suppliers, sub-suppliers.
• Maintain existing client relationships.
• Develop and explore new project leads
• Participate in weekly office planning meetings. Expand understanding of issues related to company resources, HR and finance.
• Guide and develop team members to improve overall skills to maintain staff satisfaction and develop overall company ability.

Experience: minimum 5 years, experience in hotel and hospitality design preferred.
