Junior Interior Designer– Beijing Office 室内设计师-– 北京办公室

　　WARNER Architecture Studio is searching for a designer with healthcare facility design background to join our growing Beijing office. This Healthcare designer should have experience in different healthcare projects and enjoy healthcare design work. The healthcare designer will implement Company’s Guiding Principles (Vision and Mission) in the planning and documentation for multiple projects and teams. It is vital that the candidate with 2-4 years of experience with good conceptual, visual, and communication skills to work in a highly collaborative and design oriented studio. The candidate will be able to work both within a highly collaborative team setting and be able to work independently to meet client objectives.

　　华纳鸿业建筑设计咨询（北京）有限公司希望吸纳有一定医疗设施设计经验或养老设施设计经验的室内设计师加入我们日益成长的北京设计团队。应聘者应设计师需要有足够的医疗建筑设计经验，并热爱医疗建筑设计，认为设计不仅能够更好的为医院服务，更能通过设计在一定程度上改善医院的空间和诊疗行为。应聘者需要有2-4年的医疗室内方案设计经验，有较强的概念设计、视觉表达和沟通能力，适应工作室紧密配合的高强度工作。应聘者即应有团队工作能力，又应有独立完成工作以达到客户要求的能力。

Responsibilities will primarily include:

· 　Be easy-going and effective and capable to communicate and work with US team.

·　 Proactive team involvement and willingness to participate in ideation at all level

· 　s-be engaged!

·　 Develop and implement overall design and space planning concepts with team.

· 　Solve complex design problems through all design phases-concept, SD,DD,CD&CA

·　 Document interior design including detailing of interior elements

·　 Participate in furniture ion, furniture palettes, material presentations and specification generation

· 　Create beautiful presentation graphics，Can express his design concept by developing detailed design

· 　Research,  and specify materials and finishes

·　 Manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines

主要职责和要求：

· 具有很好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，和国内外设计团队合作，参与高效的团队讨论

· 积极主动的参与到团队各个层级的工作

· 完成空间规划概念设计，并和团队一起把概念方案实现到设计各个阶段。

· 解决各个设计阶段的复杂的设计问题-从概念设计、施工图设计、到施工现场落地

· 室内设计包括内部元素的细节，参与家具选择, 家具调色板, 材料选择及展示等

· 汇报文件编制，很好的表现设计概念和理念，使方案得到良好呈现

· 调研、选择和指定材料

· 具备多项目同时工作的能力，保证项目节点

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years healthcare architecture experience;

- Bachelors degree at an accredited university is required

- Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills

- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills, effective client relationship skills and a  talent for working with diverse teams of architects and design professionals

- Ability to work effectively and meet project schedules;

- Flexible to working in a fast-paced work environment

- An effective communicator in Mandarin and English

- Proficient in related technologies, such as, Revit, SketchUp, Autocad, Photoshop,Microsoft Office, Indesign etc.
