This US firm has got over 20 years’ successful experience. Today, listed on the Fortune 500 as one of America’s largest companies, this multi-displinary firm offers various services including architecture design, engineering consulting, urban plan & urban design etc. They now now serve clients in more than 150 countries around the world.

Due to company expansion, the firm is looking for an experienced two BIM Manager in Shanghai & one BIM Lead in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

l  Plays a key role in the architecture team as BIM project leader

l  Attend client meetings to help promote the BIM concept

l  Architectural design from concept to DD

l  Develops innovative solutions to problems that effectively address the social, legal, and economic implications of the physical form

l  Manage existing junior and intermediate designers to motivate them to produce better work results

l  Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard BIM techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.

Requirements:

l  At least 5 years’ relevant experience

l  Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering majors

l  Proficient usage of BIM

l  Ability to use Revit

l  Attention to detail

l  Best be bilingual in Mandarin and English
