We are seeking tw Architecture Design & Construction for a dynamic owner side company in Hangzhou. They offer nice work environment and awarding project experience. The projects you will be working on are overseas but you will be based in Hangzhou and travel overseas.

Requirements:

l  Bachelor of Architecture or above

l  8 years’ Architecture relevant experience, best have both design firm and property experience

l  At least have 1 large scale project that has finished construction

l  Familiar with relevant regulations

l  Good bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English

l  Pressure handler, team player
